Love the original sweet and salty dog! Only wish it were bigger! Parking is tricky though. It's metered street parking down a strip that is usually quite full, especially at lunch time.

Interesting... but I think I ordered the wrong thing. I got the mozzarella covered with potato one. Kinda was flavorless but they give u sauces! But all in all this is a really cool concept for a restaurant and I hope they don't shut down.
My gf and I decided to try out to Kong Dog UIC and I have to say it was my first Kong dog and I was pleasantly pleased! I got the original Kong dog and it was a perfect match! Sweet and savory! Getting a lemonade with the dogs was excellent! The service was quick which was a highlight! And being that it was off the Main Street it was very pleasant inside! If you want to give yourself a treat give Kong Dog a try!
We waited 30 mins for our food on a crowded Saturday afternoon ... still very worth it! Recommendations: Potato: the small potato cubes topping were so crisp! imagine having mini french fries in every bite Original: so simple and good. I drizzled ketchup and mustard on top Definitely order them rolled with sugar. It made a huge difference and completely delicious
Been hearing the buzz on the street for a new craze of Korean hot dogs on a stick. I honestly did not know where on Taylor street but I saw a long line of people out the door - I knew that was the spot to be. I parked the car and waited like everyone else to get in the door. The wait was not too bad and once in you have two easy steps to remember. The first pick is the hardest - all of these hotdogs has their own unique flavoring. I ordered the original, cheeto and Sweet chili with all three with the beef sausage filling. Once I got past the ordering - The waiting for the order took around 20 minutes as there is a loud robotic number pager that announces your order number on your receipt. The cost of these dogs were average for the area from $5-$6 each. I do recommend Kong Dog to all.
